The 1895 Grand Army of the Republic Cemetery is just north of it.

Lake View Cemetery / Bruce Lee’s Grave was incorporated on October 16, 1872, seven years after the Civil War and was originally named the Seattle Masonic Cemetery. It was in 1890 that the cemetery changed its name into Lake View Cemetery / Bruce Lee’s Grave.
